In addition, chocolate, soy sauce, and yeast extract have been reported as foods that can bring on Rosacea symptoms. With this in mind, a good preventive option would include avoiding those foods that can cause you problems.
Another treatment which is quite popular is surgical methods such as laser treatment. There are many types of laser treatment available and long-term effects are still under discussion.
Spicy food, hot coffee and beverages as well as alcoholic drinks may also worsen the symptoms of rosacea. Alcohol for instance is identified to cause flare-ups for most rosacea sufferers. You may still be able to enjoy your coffee but cool it down a little.
